Shipping policy

At Herbal Shifa Khana, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • After placing your order, our customer support team may contact you for a confirmation call before dispatch.
  • In some cases, we may request a partial advance payment of PKR 500 to confirm the order. This helps us prevent fake or unverified orders.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • After confirmation and processing, your order will be dispatched.
  • You will receive a tracking ID so you can monitor your delivery status.

Important Notes

  • Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation via call or advance payment (if required).
  • Delays may occur during high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed.
