Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In its original sealed packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of our herbal and consumable products, we do not accept returns if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Any item not in its original condition

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
